1. I just placed my order. When will it arrive?

We strive to complete your order processing in 7-8 business days. Depending on where you are and the delivery option you choose, the time it takes to get there varies. Here is more information about our shipping options and costs.

2. I'm in a rush. Can I get my order sooner?

We offer a few expedited shipping options. You can view them on our shipping page here or contact us by email from our contact page here. We'll try our best to fulfil your request.

3. What is your return policy?

Our return policy provides you with 14 business days to return or replace an item. Within 14 days of receiving our products, we'll give you a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

4. Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do. Gift Cards for GemBeadsCreation.com are available here. Gift cards are sent through email along with instructions on how to use them at checkout. No additional processing costs or expiry dates apply to our gift cards.

Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?

We shipped directly from our factory in Jaipur, India.

2. What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35 (USA only). Please visit here for a complete shipping method.

3. How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All shipments are made using USPS. Once your transaction has been completed, please wait 7-8 business days for orders to be completed.
USA Shipping:

Standard USPS: 15-18 Business days

UPS Express Mail: 5-7 Business days

Except USA, Worldwide Shipping:

UPS Express Mail: 5-7 Business days

4. Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the USA?

Most probably Each nation has its own rules regarding how to handle imported commodities. We advise you to use this Duty Calculator to estimate the fees that will be applied when the package is delivered. No import fees are paid in advance or by us.

5.Can I track my order?

Orders are normally shipped 7-8 business days after they are ordered. You will get an email with a USPS tracking link once your order ships. Please give the link 24 hours to activate. International consumers, although the tracking links may stop working after your delivery leaves the US, it is still en route. Email Gembeadscreation@gmail.com with any inquiries you have regarding your purchase.

Return & Exchange

1. What is your return policy?

Your purchase from GemBeadsCreation must completely satisfy you. Within 14 days of delivery, unopened, uncut items in new condition may be exchanged or returned. The original shipping costs are not refundable, so please be aware of that. Please get in touch with us if we made a mistake or if the product arrived damaged so that we can make it right.

2. How do I return or exchange an item?

Include a copy of your order's invoice or email confirmation.

3. I Received an Item That is Damaged, What Should I Do?

We manufacture the majority of the goods at our factory in Jaipur, India,

2. Are your items sterling silver?

All of our sterling silver items, also known as fine silver, are 92.5% pure silver. The fine silver that makes up our Hill Tribe collection is 99.9% pure silver. A silver alloy known as sterling silver has 92.5% silver by weight and 7.5% additional metals, typically copper. Our recipe NEVER contains nickel, so our sterling silver is nickel-free.

4. What is your lead time?

Depending on the season, lead times range between 10 and 14 processing days. Please send our manufacturing department an email at gembeadscreation@gmail.com if you would need a more accurate estimate of your wait time.

Wholesale

1. Do you sell / offer wholesale?

Yes, but we only wholesale our goods to authorized jewelry designers and establishments with resale certificates.

2. How can I qualify for a wholesale account?

An application must be submitted by a reputable business that has an Employer Identification Number and a State Sales Tax ID. You must also consent to and abide by our resale policies.

3. What is the minimum for wholesale orders?

The minimum wholesale order is $500.00
